Locations, Dates & Times

The vast majority of competitions, experiences, and more will occur at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds in Columbia, Some will occur at a separate location and/or separate date, which will be noted below. The main conference dates are March 10-12, 2026 with the vast majority of events occurring on the 10th and the 11th. The finalized agenda will appear on this page following the closing of registration. Off-site locations and any variations in dates and times will appear on this page, which is updated each time confirmation is made regarding certain competitions or events. Many competitions will conclude on the same day they begin while others take multiple days and some require a preliminary round and a final round. Some competitions may also hold orientation meetings on a separate day from the competition.
