It can seem difficult or even intimidating when you start a new chapter or are looking to grow your chapter. However, we are here to help! The 2022-2023 school year will be filled with new material and resources coming out from SkillsUSA South Carolina to help your chapter grow. In the meantime, please consider the below tips and fill out the google form to gain some assistance.

• Do your research! - Check out the many parts of our website and that of the national website, watch videos, and learn as much as you can.

• Take advantage of the Professional Resources! - SkillsUSA nationals provides many opportunities through certifications, professional development classes, and more. Once you become a professional member, you will gain access to these.

• Attend available in-state events! - A great way to grow is to spend time with our state staff and fellow advisors. We are all willing to share ideas, help where we can, and provide a system meant to help all our members succeed.

• Contact us with questions! - Do not be afraid to contact our state association and state director with questions. We are here for you!
