Time: 9:00 am - Orientation; Interview scheduled provided at orientation; sculptures and notebook may be dropped off between 7:30 and 8:15 OR at orientation. Competitors should attend the Opening Ceremony.

Location: Greenville Convention Center

This competition will occur at the Greenville Convention Center during the regularly scheduled State Conference.

Competitors will be provided a location and time to put their sculpture on display in the competition area along with their notebook. Competitors will each be provided a time slot for their interviews, which will be assigned at random. They should arrive ten minutes prior to their scheduled interview to avoid penalty. Judges will review each sculpture and notebook in advance of interviews. Judges have the discretion to ask questions related to the notebook or sculpture prior to the interview itself if clarification is necessary. Interviews, once they begin, will be ten to twenty minutes in length. Judges reserve the right to continue longer as necessary.

If a competitor is late to their interview time, based on the time kept by the judges, the competitors will be deducted points from the "Professional" portion of their interview rubric, up to all 50 points (10 points immediately and an additional 10 points after each full minute). If the competitors is more than five minutes late, they will be deducted all interview points (200) and the judges or technical chair may choose to disqualify the individual competitor.
